Dr. Stacie is a pharmacist and has been practicing since 2008. She was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Stacie attended Xavier University of Louisiana and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology Pre-medicine in 2002 and also attended Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy and earned a doctorate in 2007. She currently practices in hospital pharmacy and teaches the basics of compounding in cosmetic pharmacy with the Center of Excellence program at Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. She is amongst an elite class of African-American women to hold a patent for a natural hair care product in the United States of America.
